Excessive Heat Prompts Band Management to Postpone
Corning, Calif. – (July 8, 2021) – The July 11th show featuring Skid Row and Warrant with special guests Winger and Autograph at The Amphitheater at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort has been rescheduled to August 5th. According to band management, the excessive heat posed a concern to band members, crew, and fans.
“Due to the excessive heat that is being forecasted for Sunday, we have decided to reschedule this weekend’s show to Thursday, August 5th,” said Skid Row manager Eric Baker. “We are deeply sorry for the impact this will have on everyone, but the safety of the fans and staff are paramount to us, and this week’s unprecedented conditions really do require us taking these steps. We can’t wait to perform for the Skid Row faithful on the new date in a way everyone can enjoy the show without putting themselves in potential danger. We will see you then!”
“While we are disappointed with having to move the show, at the bands request, we do agree that nothing is more important than everyone’s safety,” said Casino General Manager Steve Neely. “The reality is that we have been without shows for nearly two years, so waiting another month really is a small price to pay.”
All tickets will be valid for the new date. Those who cannot attend the event may receive a refund by calling Hold My Ticket at 1-877-466-3404 for online purchase. If tickets were purchased in person at the hotel front desk, tickets can be refunded in full in person.
