Join us for the culinary experience of the season featuring a five course menu created by Rolling Hills Casino’s very own, Chef Gonzalo. Each course will have beverages expertly paired by our Six Two Eight Steakhouse Sommelier, Jerrod Gregory, featuring Obsidian Spirits Distillery’s Spirits.
Our chef and sommelier will guide you through your meal starting with an hors d’oeuvre course, followed by your choice of soup or our signature salad. Then, enjoy an intermezzo course of limoncello and prepare your taste buds for your entrée choice of Prime NY or a Chilean sea bass. Your dining experience concludes with a delectable dessert course.
