Rolling Hills Catering Services make hosting an event at Carlino’s Event Center, The Links, or the Equestrian Center easy as well as memorable. Whether you want simple refreshments for thirty people, bag lunches for a golf tournament, or a plated sit down dinner for three hundred, you will get excellent service from our staff. From set-up to clean-up, we take care of all the details so you can focus on your event.
Our catering services are managed by award-winning, professional chefs, who are highly trained in culinary skills as well as customer service. The entire staff strives to exceed your expectations for excellence in service and quality food. Our menus for breakfast, lunch, snacks, refreshments, buffet dinners and plated dinners were designed to make your event extraordinary. It’s our goal to make you and your guests so happy with our catering services that you will book all of your events at Rolling Hills Casino & Resort.
- Our policy for booking our rooms is simple — order a minimum of $500 of food from our banquet menu and there is no charge for the room.
If no food is ordered the room charge is $250 for use of half of the room (3,500 square feet) or $500 for the entire room (7,000 square feet.) Included in the room charge are a podium, wireless microphone, projector and internet access, water, coffee and tea.
- A 25% deposit is required to reserve the date for your event. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event, along with the final head count.
- If a cake is brought in, there is a $1.50 per person cake carving fee.
- If alcohol is brought in, there is a $5 corkage fee per bottle.
