You can receive your Win/Loss statement four ways:
- Come into the casino and request a copy at the Shasta Club desk.
- We can mail your Win/Loss Statement to the street address on file in our Shasta Club database.
- If your email address is on file in your account, we can email you a pdf file of your statement. We cannot email to any other address except what is in your account.
- We can fax your statement, but we need a faxed copy of your valid photo ID, with a short written, signed statement giving us permission to fax to a specific fax number.
To change your mailing address, add or change your email address, or request a faxed copy, send a photocopy of your valid photo ID with a short written and signed statement, giving us permission to change or add information into your Shasta Club account. Naturally, this procedure is for your protection and privacy. Our fax number is (530) 824-2473. Please write ATTN: SHASTA CLUB on the fax. Please allow 72 hours for the request to be filled.
The Win/Loss statement is not a legal document and shows only slot play that took place while using your Shasta Club card.
